KILMARNOCK—Mayor Mae Umphlett on December 18 announced the winners of Kilmarnock’s annual holiday lighting contest.
“Once again, our entries did a wonderful job of using lighting to decorate their homes and businesses,” said Umphlett. “The town council takes pride in announcing these winners.”
