KILMARNOCK—In the early morning hours of January 30, the Kilmarnock Police Department responded to a 911 call of a breaking and entering at a residence on Bel-Mer Way in Kilmarnock.
Upon the arrival of the officer and emergency services personnel, James “JT” Walters, 25, of Lancaster, was found with gunshot wounds and subsequently succumbed to his injuries at the scene, according to a press release issued by the Town of Kilmarnock and the Kilmarnock Police Department.
