KILMARNOCK— The Town of Kilmarnock is on course to receive a bit of a facelift in the area bordering Main Street to the East and School Street to the West, between Irvington Road and West Church Street.
Staff is coining the initiative as the Crossroads Planning Grant Project.
According to zoning administrator Marshall Sebra, a November 12 meeting brought in about 20 business owners eager to learn about the project.
