KILMARNOCK—After 10 years as town manager of Kilmarnock, Tom Saunders announced his resignation during a council session Monday night.
“I am glad I’ve been able to have the support and approval of council, several different councils, for this many years,” said Saunders. “I’m going out on a high note, everyone’s pleased with where the town is and where it’s going.”
