Directed by music teacher Barbara Hays, Chesapeake Academy’s kindergarten class recently presented an operatic rendition of the “Little Gingerbread Man,” by Eileen Diamond, to family and friends at Chesapeake Academy as part of the school’s Integrated Arts program.
Staged with minimal props, the action begins in the palace of the queen(s) played by Zoe Plakas, Ty’Ari Henderson, Peyton Herrington and Lily Webb, when the queen’s chef does a marvelous…
