Lancaster High School indoor track and field teams competed against athletes from over 40 schools last weekend at the Boo Williams Indoor Invitational in Hampton.
Senior Porter Pittman had one of the best finishes for the Red Devils, placing 14th among 32 jumpers with a 39’3” triple jump.
Lancaster took six girls and nine boys to compete in the multi-school meet.
William Ball cleared 10’0 for seventh place in the pole vault event and junior varsity runner Hadley Lally ran the 1600 meter in under seven minutes for an eighth place finish.
