LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, December 18, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Keith L. Beane Jr., no address given, charged with felony probation violation, arraignment was continued until January 15.
In the case of Oriel P. Lee of Reedville, charged with felony probation violation, a review hearing was continued to February 19.
Valencia W. Owens of Weems, charged with felony probation violation and petit larceny, pleaded guilty to the probation violation in October and was sentenced to four years and 10 months, with four years and four months suspended. Owens also was ordered to pay $208 in court costs. A trial on the larceny charge was scheduled for February 19.
