LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 26, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Christopher L. Goins Jr. of Mollusk, charged with three felony counts of selling cocaine, a status hearing was continued by defense motion until March 19.
In the case of Centrix B. Palmer of Kilmarnock, charged with two counts of selling a Schedule I/II substance, a trial will be set March 12.
In the case of Keith L. Beane Jr. of Merry Point, charged with a felony for being a nonviolent felon in possession of a gun within 10 years of a felony conviction, a felony for robbery with a gun, a felony for using a firearm in the commission of a felony, and a felony probation violation, a trial was scheduled for March 26.
In the case of Jonte A. Towles of Lancaster, appealing a General District Court conviction on a misdemeanor second charge of DWI and a misdemeanor for resisting arrest without force, a trial was scheduled…
