LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 5, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Dahron N. Johnson of Saluda, charged with a felony for grand larceny greater than $200, the arraignment was continued until January 28.
In the case of Richard Walters of Gloucester, previously found guilty of three felonies and two misdemeanors for violating probation, a hearing for post-trial motions is scheduled for December 17. A trial for three additional felonies and two additional misdemeanors for violating probation also is scheduled for December 17.
