LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 16, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

In the case of Mark A. Waller, no address given, charged with selling cocaine, a trial is to be set February 25.

Cintez C. Gibson of Lancaster pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a gun and was sentenced to two years, with five years of probation to begin upon release, and to pay $845 in court costs. Gibson also was charged with a felony for using a sawed-off gun. That charge was dismissed.

The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 25, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

In the case of Clayton D. Wingfield of Wake, charged with a felony for eluding/disregarding police and a misdemeanor for driving on a revoked or suspended license, a trial is to be set March 18.
