LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 16, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Mark A. Waller, no address given, charged with selling cocaine, a trial is to be set February 25.
Cintez C. Gibson of Lancaster pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a gun and was sentenced to two years, with five years of probation to begin upon release, and to pay $845 in court costs. Gibson also was charged with a felony for using a sawed-off gun. That charge was dismissed.
