LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 4, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Dequinel A. Johnson of Burgess, charged with a misdemeanor for stalking, fear of death/assault; a felony for extorting in writing; two felonies for malicious wounding; a felony for child abuse, disregard of life; three felonies for forcible sodomy, a misdemeanor for profane language over public airway; a misdemeanor for phone: annoying ringing; and four misdemeanors for violating protective orders; a trial was continued by the defense and scheduled for January 11.
In the case of Christian P. Lyons of Lancaster, charged with a felony for driving on a revoked license for multiple convictions of driving while intoxicated; a felony for driving while intoxicated, prior related felony conviction; a misdemeanor for obstructing/resisting arrest; two misdemeanors for indecent exposure; a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct; a misdemeanor for obstructing or resisting arrest without force; a misdemeanor for refusing a breathalyzer within 10 years; and nine misdemeanors and one felony for failing to appear; a status hearing was scheduled for December 16.
