LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, April 7, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Janice Baylor of Lancaster, facing four civil charges for creating a public nuisance, a hearing to appoint counsel was scheduled for April 28.
In the case of Mitrada D. Bunns of Lancaster, charged with a felony for violating probation, a hearing to review restitution was held and the show cause was dismissed.
In the case of Christopher O. Frisby of Kilmarnock, charged with a felony for violating probation, a hearing to review restitution was held and the show cause was dismissed.
In the case of Keyvone T. Williams of Newport News, charged with nine felonies for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for April 21.
