LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, May 19, with the Hon. Steven S. Smith presiding.
In the case of Travis T. Hatton of Farnham, charged with a felony for failure to perform construction with advance pay of more than $200, a felony for obtaining more than $200 under false pretenses, and a misdemeanor for working without a license, a status hearing was scheduled for July 7.
In the case of Deondre T. Lampkin of Heathsville, charged with a felony for grand larceny, a felony for entering a structure to commit assault and battery, and a felony for violating probation, a trial is to be set June 9.
In the case of Daryl C. Mitchell of Kilmarnock, charged with a felony for malicious assault on a law enforcement officer, a felony for assault on a law enforcement officer, two felonies for prisoner assault on an employee, and a misdemeanor for trespassing, a status hearing is scheduled for June 16.
