LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 14, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Sevin S. Noel of Lottsburg was arraigned on a felony of first degree murder. A trial is to be set July 21.
In the case of Alkendra S. Coleman of Mollusk, who previously pleaded guilty to selling/distributing fentanyl and was given a deferred disposition, a hearing was scheduled for September 8. Coleman also was charged with a felony for violating probation and a show cause hearing was scheduled for the same date.
