LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Monday, June 10, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Curvin D. Roy Jr. of Kilmarnock, was found guilty of a felony for malicious assault, a felony for not reporting an accident with injuries and a misdemeanor for driving on a suspended license. An additional charge of malicious assault was nolle prossed. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for September 27.
June 14 proceedings
The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, June 14, with the Hon. Charles S. Sharp presiding.
In the case of Alkendra S. Coleman of Mollusk, given a deferred disposition for a felony for distributing to accommodate a Schedule I/II substance, a hearing was scheduled for June 21. Coleman also was charged with a felony for violating probation, and two felonies for failing to appear. An arraignment on those charges also was scheduled for June 21.
In the case of Nathan A. Walker of Lancaster, charged with a felony for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for June 21.
In the case of Michael A. Yarka of Lancaster, charged with a felony for violating probation, a trial is scheduled for August 9.
In the case of Raymond P. Waddy II of Lancaster, previously found guilty of distributing/selling for profit a Schedule I/II substance, a sentencing hearing was continued….
