LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 15, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Karl N. Blackwell of Richmond, charged with two felonies for violating probation, a trial was scheduled for January 10.
In the case of Cynthia Thomas-Seay of White Stone, charged with a felony for making/using a bomb or explosive and a misdemeanor for brandishing a firearm, a motion for a withdrawal of counsel was denied and a status hearing was scheduled for December 13.
In the case of Erick K. Marlow of Lancaster, previously found not guilty by reason of insanity for extortion in writing, a review hearing was scheduled for….
