LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 28, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Ashley M. Ball of Lancaster, charged with two misdemeanors for violating probation and two misdemeanors for violating pre-trial conditions, all charges were nolle prossed.
