HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, February 25, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Jermaine M. Ball of Heathsville, his probation was revoked following a probation violation on a felony charge. He was sentenced to five years with four years and six months suspended. He faces $183 in costs and was placed on indefinite supervision.
