LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, April 18, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
Bond was again denied in the case of Tyrese D. Samuel of Richmond who was appealing a General District Court bond decision.
In the case of Temeka C. Smith of Lancaster, who previously pleaded guilty to a felony for selling/providing a Schedule I/II substance and given a deferred disposition as a first offender, a status hearing was scheduled for July 25.
Ashli J. Lyons of Richmond pleaded guilty of a felony for possessing stolen property with the intent to sell and was given a deferred disposition. A hearing was scheduled for April 24, 2026. Lyons was charged with two additional felonies for possessing stolen property with the intent to sell, but those charges were nolle prossed.
