LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, June 6, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Calvin F. Taylor III of Kilmarnock, charged with felonies for selling drugs on or near a school or library and manufacturing/selling a Schedule I/II substance, third-plus offense, a hearing to appoint counsel was continued to July 11.
In the case of Johnny L. Sprouse of Deltaville, charged with a felony for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for July 25.
In the case of Joseph S. Callahan of Topping, charged with three felonies for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for July 25.
In the case of Joseph Cox Jr. of Lancaster, bond was denied. He is charged with 13 felonies for violating probation, a show cause hearing was continued by the defense and a status hearing scheduled for….
