LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, June 5, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Carrie M. Crowell of Weems, previously found guilty of grand larceny, a motion to modify bond was granted. Sentencing is scheduled for August 7.
In the case of Douglas M. Mills, no address given, charged with a felony for abduction by force/intimidation and misdemeanors for assault and battery of a family member, destruction of property and stalking with fear of death or assault; a bond hearing was continued and a status hearing scheduled for June 12.
In the case of Kendall C. Anderson of White Stone, charged with a felony for violating probation, a show cause hearing was scheduled for July 24.
In the case of Jesse L. Carroll of Staunton, charged with four felonies for selling/giving a Schedule I/II substance and a felony for selling drugs near a school or library, a status hearing was scheduled for July 10.
