LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened on Friday, February 23. The Hon. R. Michael McKenney presided.
Richard Walters of Gloucester could not be served. He is charged with probation violation on three felony and two misdemeanor convictions. The case was continued to April 27.
Brandon Michael Roberts of Lancaster appeared in court on a probation violation for a felony conviction. The case was continued to March 16.
Neal Elliott Sluss of Chesapeake was issued a show cause for failing to appear on the two felony offenses. Two cases of felony destruction of property are under review. The show cause was set for March 9.
An advisement review for Oriel Puchell Lee of Reedville was withdrawn. Trial on a violation of probation for a felony conviction resulted in a deferred disposition.
Victoria Carter Willis, scheduled for trial on charges of distribution of schedule IV drugs, had the charges dismissed.
Patricia L. Tuck of Mineral was scheduled for trial on distribution of schedule I/II drugs. The case was dismissed.
Brandon Jeron Curry of Lancaster was set for trial March 23 on two felony charges of distribution of a controlled substance. Bond was continued to trial.
A show cause was issued on Joshua Evan Luckett of Saluda on two felony charges of failure to appear. A hearing was set for March 9.
Ana Carmen Carillo’s case of felony possession of schedule I or II drugs was taken under advisement.
