LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, April 12, with Judge R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Michael Bowman of Richmond, charged with two counts of violating probation on felony offenses, could not appear at his hearing. It was reset for April 26.
Andrea Broughman of Henrico had three years revoked with two years 360 days resuspended upon peace and good behavior for 10 years, with supervision for one year, to be served on weekends beginning April 19.
