LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened July 27 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

The case of Christopher O. Crockett of Weems, charged with a felony probation violation, was continued to January 25.

The case of Matthew Q. Rosner (no address given), charged with two felony probation violations, was continued to October 26.

The case of Michael A. Bowman of Richmond, charged with two felony probation violations, was continued to October 26.

The case of Purcell O. Owens of Mollusk, charged with a misdemeanor probation violation, was continued to August 17.

The case of Deondre Lampkin of Heathsville, charged with two felonies of a probation violation and failing to appear, was continued to August 31.

The case of Brandon T. Fischer of Barhamsville, charged with a felony probation violation, was continued to August 3.

The case of Curt Dowdy of Farnham, charged with a felony probation violation, was continued to August 31.

The case of Oriel P. Lee of Lancaster, charged with a felony probation violation, was continued to August 3.

The case of Samantha R. Ellis of Warsaw, charged with four felony probation violations, was continued to September 7.

The case of Judson N. McGuire of Irvington, charged with a felony and misdemeanor probation violation, was continued to August 3.

The case of Linnell S. Burrell Jr. of Weems, charged with a failure to appear misdemeanor, was continued to August 17.

The case of Donald Fauntleroy of White Stone, charged with a failure to appear misdemeanor, was continued to September 7.

The case of Jerod S. Gamble of Hampton, charged with two felonies of selling or providing resale of a Schedule I or II drug, was granted bond and trial was set for November 16.

The case of Derrell A. Bundy of Dunnsville, charged with a misdemeanor of driving under a revoked or suspended license, was continued for trial October 12.

A grand jury returned true bills of indictment in the cases of:

• John R. Hooper of Richmond, charged with two felonies of not stopping at a boating accident that resulted in a death and involuntary manslaughter. The case was continued for arraignment August 17.

• Josaline Murphy of Lancaster, charged with two felonies of assaulting a law enforcement officer and violating a pretrial release; continued to August 3.

• Donnell M. Tillage of Gloucester, charged with shoplifting; continued to August 3.

• Ralph J. Gross, no address given, charged with a felony of aggravated sexual battery; continued for arraignment August 17.

• Karon M. Ball, no address given, charged with two felonies of grand larceny and entering a house to commit assault and battery; continued for arraignment August 17.
