LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 1, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

The case of Christopher R. Brooks of Lancaster, arraigned on a felony probation violation, was continued to March 22.

The case of Samantha R. Ellis of Warsaw, charged with four felony probation violations and one felony of failing to appear, was sentenced to five years with four years and nine months suspended on the felony probations. The failing to appear charge was dismissed.

The case of Patricia L. Corsey of Lancaster, charged with four felonies including two counts of manufacturing or distributing a controlled substance and two counts of child abuse, was continued for trial March 1.

The case of Derrell A. Bundy of Dunnsville, charged with a misdemeanor for driving under a revoked license, was continued to February 8.

Robert H. Mahan Jr. of Heathsville, charged with a felony of eluding police and four misdemeanors including failing to stop for an accident, driving under a revoked or suspended license, speeding in excess of 80 miles per hour and driving while intoxicated, pleaded guilty to the charges of eluding police, driving under a revoked or suspended license and driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to 5 years with 4 years and 3 months suspended. The failing to stop charge was not prosecuted at the time of trial and the speeding charge was dismissed.

The case of Keith L. Beane Jr. of Lancaster, charged with felony grand larceny, was continued to February 8.

The case of Judson N. McGuire of Irvington, charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors of a probation violation, was continued to February 22.

Steve E. Robinson of Lancaster, charged with two felonies of aggravated sexual battery with victim under the age of 13 and two misdemeanors of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, pleaded not guilty on all charges which were dismissed, except for one aggregated sexual battery charge. A bond hearing was scheduled for February 22 and a pre-sentence report will be given April 12.
