LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, June 14, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Bond was granted for Tyrone B. Conaway of Weems, charged with one felony count of violating probation on a felony offense. A hearing was set for August 9.
In the case of Jonathan A. Towles of Lancaster, charged with one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense, a hearing was set for July 12.
James M. Veney of Newport News, charged with one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense, pleaded guilty. Sentencing was set for August 16.
James W. Folan of Lancaster, charged with one felony count for unauthorized use of a vehicle and one felony count of grand larceny, pleaded guilty to both counts. He was sentenced to five years, four of which were suspended, received probation of 10 years upon release, and was ordered to pay $1,915 in restitution.
