LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 19, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The arraignment of Carlos J. Carter of Kilmarnock, charged with one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense and one misdemeanor count for violating probation on a misdemeanor offense, was continued to August 9.
Brandon M. Roberts of Holiday, Fla., sentenced to four years nine months, with three years nine months suspended for one count of violating probation on a felony offense, entered a motion requesting home electronic monitoring. The motion was denied.
