LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, November 22, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

Michael A. Baublitz of Kilmarnock was found guilty of felony sale/distribution of marijuana and sentenced to five years, all of which were suspended, and five years of probation to begin upon sentencing. Baublitz also was charged with a felony for failing to comply with pre-trial orders, but that charge was nolle prossed.

In the case of Jordan A. Cauthorne of Water View, charged with three felonies for selling/distributing cocaine, trial was set for February 28.

Tanya Gaskins of Callao, charged with embezzlement less that $500, was found guilty and sentenced to three years, all of which were suspended, and five years of probation which began upon sentencing. Gaskins also was ordered to pay $102.71 in restitution.

Johnathan F. Mitchell of Lancaster, charged with four felony counts for failing to register as a sex offender, second offense, was found guilty of the first count and sentenced to 10 years, eight of which were suspended, and guilty of the second count and sentenced to 10 years, all of which were suspended. The two remaining charges were nolle prossed. Mitchell also was sentenced to 99 years probation to begin upon release.

In the case of Ana C. Carillo of Gloucester, charged with felony violation of probation on a felony offense, a bond hearing was scheduled for December 13.

In the case of Gregory A. Pratt of Warsaw, charged with four felonies for violating probation on felony offenses and two misdemeanors for violating probation on misdemeanor offenses, the hearings on all charges were continued until December 13.
