Lancaster County Circuit Court Report 9-19-19

Jackie Nunnery

by Jackie Nunnery

The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, September 13, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

In the case of Gregory A. Pratt of Warsaw, charged with four felony counts for violating probation on felony offenses and two misdemeanor counts for violating probation on misdemeanor offenses, bond was granted and the next hearing is scheduled for November 15.

Steve E. Robinson of Lancaster in June was found guilty of aggravated sexual assault of a victim less than 13 years and sentenced to 10 years, seven of which were suspended. Previously, health issues prevented Robinson from serving his sentence. However, Robinson was taken into custody to begin serving his sentence and the judge ruled that he must seek a medical furlough for any additional treatment.

Clarification: In the case of Sharon K. Pelkey of Weems, charged with nine felony counts for violating probation on felony offenses regarding restitution as part of her sentence in 2016, a September 6 hearing was held to ensure Pelkey continues to pay restitution; with charges to be dismissed upon full repayment. The next review hearing is scheduled for October 11.
