The Lancaster County Little League 2023 season officially opens Friday, April 14. Hundreds of players, coaches, families, friends and fans will gather for the opening ceremony at Dream Fields, 1385 Irvington Road, Kilmarnock.
A parade of players begins at 6 p.m., according to Little League president Tiffany Wolfe.
The ceremony will recognize all Lancaster High School state tournament and playoff participants for the 2022-23 school year with special recognition for the LHS boys varsity state champion basketball team.
Lancaster Primary School principal Mike Myers will speak and the Lancaster High JROTC will present the colors.
