The gym at Lancaster Elementary School was bursting with creativity March 21-22 during the K-12 Lancaster County Public Schools annual art show, organized by art teachers Marilyn Sprouse (LES) and Sarah Westin (LHS).
The show displayed close to 1,000 pieces of student work created during the course of this school year, for students, families, school staff and community members to admire.
Artwork was judged by Stephanie Brown and Laura Lee of the Rappahannock Art League. Westin said the show “demonstrates the vital partnership between the Rappahannock Art League and Lancaster County Public Schools as they provide vital funding, support and outreach programs for the children of Lancaster County.”
