Lancaster High School’s Michael Foulkes and Hailey Smith paced the pack of harriers in a home cross country meet October 20.
Foulkes ran the 3.1-mile race on the trails at Hills Quarter in 19:40 to lead 25 runners in the boys race. Smith had a time of 20:57 to win the girls race and beat the runner-up, Northumberland’s Camdin Sisk by over three-and-a-half minutes.
Lancaster scored a team low 25 in the boys race and 15 in the girls race, to win both.
