The Lancaster High School practice fields and training areas will soon be filled with activity again as the 2025-26 school year quickly approaches.
The golf team will begin practice Monday, July 28, according to athletic director Chuck Parrish. Prospective golfers will meet at Golden Eagle Golf Course at 3:30 p.m. The opening match of the season is 3 p.m. August 4 against Windsor at the Eagle.
The LHS marching band will hold its first practice from 8-10 a.m. on Monday, July 28. Flag team tryouts will follow from 5-7 p.m. Both are at the high school.
