Lancaster honors freshman state champion

Likewise, supervisors adopted a resolution recognizing Lancaster High School freshman Rory Lally as Class 1 State Champion in the girls 800 meter with a personal best time of 2:26:33. She also placed fifth in the state championship for the girls 1600 meter.
