KILMARNOCK—In a short meeting on Tuesday, December 8, there was good news to be shared and some final business to be conducted as the Lancaster school board convened its last regular meeting of 2020.
High school Tara Booth shared statistics from Rappahannock Community College regarding dual enrollment students. “Lancaster was the highest last year for the average number of dual enrollment credits per student at 19.5. That’s significant because we beat West Point. That’s always a target for anyone in this area to beat West Point with something in the education realm.
