Lancaster sluggers tally 15 hits in 13-1 win over West Point

Lancaster turned 15 hits and seven walks into a five-inning mercy-rule victory, 13-1, over West Point in a Region 1A tournament quarterfinal on Friday, May 29.

The win moved the Red Devils a step closer to a trip to the Class 1 state tournament next week. They were scheduled to host Middlesex in a regional semifinal on Tuesday, June 2.  A win there will earn the Devils an automatic berth in the state quarterfinals.
