RICHMOND—Lancaster County District 5 supervisor Dr. Robert S. Westbrook was recognized November 12 at the 85th annual Virginia Association of Counties (VACo) Conference. He was one of nine recent graduates of VACo’s Virginia Certified County Supervisors’ Program.
Dr. Westbrook is only the second supervisor from Lancaster to complete this program, reported county administrator Don Gill. District 3 supervisor and board chairman Jason D. Bellows completed it in 2014.
