Rory Lally continues to lead the Lancaster High School girls outdoor track and field team, winning three events in a five-school meet at Northumberland on Thursday, March 26.
Lally cleared 4’10” to win the high jump, ran the 400 meter dash in 1:02.81 to win that sprint and ran the 800 meter in 2:38.92 to win that middle distance run. Teammate Finley Major also brought home a first place in the 1600 meter run, 5:40.22. and was the runner-up in the 800 meter behind Lally with a time of 2:43.92. Major and Marley Bean also tied for fourth place in the high jump, clearing 4’2” each.
