The Lancaster County Junior Baseball All Stars will head to Bridgewater this weekend to vie for the Virginia Junior Baseball state championship.
The double-elimination tournament will begin today, July 18, and includes 13 teams from Little League districts across the Commonwealth.
Lancaster went unbeaten to win the District 15 title three weeks ago and earn a spot in the state tournament hosted by Bridgwater Little League. Lancaster received a first-round bye and will play its opening game of the tournament at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow, July 19, at….
