KILMARNOCK—Laura Vinetta Cox Banks of Kilmarnock died November 1, 2020.
She was born July 12, 1956, to the late Laura Anna Cox Waller.
She attended trade school in Richmond and was a member of Kilmarnock Baptist Church.
Vinetta was preceded in death by her husband, George Banks; her stepfather Joseph Waller; mother, Laura Anna Cox Banks; and brothers, Maurice Waller, Samuel Waller and Darrin Waller.
She is survived by sisters, Lavetta Veney and Lisa Waller; and brothers, Ralph “Tony” Waller and Steve Waller. A graveside service was held Sunday, November 8, at Calvary Memorial Cemetery, Kilmarnock.
