The LCL In Stitches group at the Lancaster Community Library is honoring the memory of member Anita Sheppard, who passed away in May, by donating handmade items to three charities.
Members’ creations are being given to the Bon Secours Cancer Infusion Center, the VCU Children’s Hospital and the From The Heart Organization.
“Anita was a beloved member of our group,” said leader Shirley Forrester. “These donations reflect Anita’s generous spirit and her dedication to helping others through her craft.”
