Lancaster Elementary School (LES) on October 18 hosted the second annual Hometown Heroes event.
“This initiative serves as an opportunity for elementary and middle school students to explore various careers within our community and beyond,” said Mary Catherine Jones, director of career and technical education (CTE) and workforce readiness. “This event aligns with our division’s strategic plan to encourage students from an early age to reflect on their interests, as well as the skills and training required for different professions.”
