LHS tennis squad defeats West Point

Lancaster recently won its second match of the year in girls tennis, edging West Point, 5-4, in a five-hour marathon at Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club.

Lancaster’s number three Ella Posey went three sets against Clara Wood, losing the first set, 4-6, before rebounding to win the second, 6-2, and the third, 11-9, to take the match. Playing at number six, LaShawnda Laws won….
