LHS track teams continue prepping for the postseason

Lancaster High School track and field teams competed in two multi-school meets during the final week of the regular season, prepping for the postseason which was scheduled to start this week with the Northern Neck District meet at Northumberland.

Barring inclement weather, the meet was slated for Wednesday, May 21. The Region 1A meet at Charles City will be held May 28.

West Point meet

The LHS girls team placed third with 64 points at West Point on Saturday, May 17. Some 18 schools were represented. Manchester won the meet with 114 points and Highland Springs was second with 103. The Lady Devils led the Class 1 schools with….
