Northern Neck Insurance recently announced Lisa Alexander of Tappahannock as its 2025 Employee of the Year, recognizing her outstanding dedication and service for more than two decades with the company.
Alexander is a senior marketing specialist and has been with Northern Neck for nearly 23 years. She began as an intern in 2003 and worked in several departments before settling into her current marketing position. Known for her professionalism, empathy and collaborative spirit, Alexander has earned the respect of colleagues across the organization.
