Bon Secours recently named Lisa Heishman vice president/administrator of Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital, a newly created leadership role with responsibility for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the hospital.
Heishman will join Bon Secours in March and will report to Chris Accashian, chief executive officer of Rappahannock General Hospital and Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center in Midlothian.
