Over 300 people recently attended Grandparents Day at Lancaster Middle School.
For the second year, Bank of Lancaster/VCB partnered with the Lancaster Middle School PTA to host this event at LMS.
Hazel Farmer, Judy Fay and Ann Marchetti from the Bank’s Golden Advantage program served cake and drinks while PTA president Robyn Saunders led the grandparents and their grandchildren in a lively game of bingo and a “Then and Now” exercise.
The PTA was excited to have so many grandparents in the school and to see so many smiles and hugs, reported Saunders. Bank personnel also recognized the student bankers who will be working in the Bank of Lancaster’s Bright Futures Bank branch at LMS.
The Bright Futures Bank is open on Wednesday mornings.
