On June 15, 2019, the Northern Neck Family YMCA Wiley Child Development Center held its 4K graduation at the Town Centre Park, Kilmarnock.
After a welcoming message by program director Mary Posey, YMCA counselors Carlee Broadus and Bri Bagby led the procession of graduates to stand before the proud friends and family gathered for the ceremony, reported Tom Martin.
