Looking tall

Children were fascinated by the stilt walker from Starry Eyed Entertainment at the Kilmarnock Fall Festival at Town Centre Park last weekend. The event included food trucks, children’s games and activities, artisan vendors, a petting zoo, music and a “Biergarten.” The two-day event was shortened to one because of a nor’easter that moved through the area on Sunday. Despite the change, the event drew about 1,500 attendees, according to community development coordinator Emilie Webster.
