“Make It a Heathsville Saturday” on May 18 will include “Going to the Dogs” at the Heathsville Farmers Market.
All canines in the Northern Neck are invited to bring their well-behaved humans, said manager Corinne Becker.
The farmers market will be held from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville.
Shoppers can find fresh Northern Neck produce, oysters, eggs, jams, pickles, flowers, nursery plants, bread, baked goods, gourmet peanuts and handcrafts. The Northumberland Public Library’s “Tech-Mobile” will be on site and open for tours.
